Applications for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Best Education and Instruction Award have opened.

Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University’s Quality Coordination Office has launched the application process for the "Best Teaching and Learning Award" for the 2025-2026 Academic Year, aiming to strengthen the university's quality assurance system, encourage educational activities, and highlight successful practices.

As part of the process—conducted in accordance with the university's "Best Teaching and Learning Award Directive"—faculty members' educational activities will be evaluated based on established criteria. Assessments will consider extracurricular activities, course syllabi and course information packages, student course evaluation surveys, and criteria regarding the management of the course curriculum.

Applications covering the fall and spring semesters of the 2025-2026 academic year are to be submitted to the faculty, school, or vocational school to which the faculty member is affiliated. The application deadline is set for October 31, 2026, with unit evaluation committees scheduled to complete their reviews by November 9, 2026. The results are expected to be announced on the university's website on December 31, 2026.

The "Best Teaching and Learning Award" aims to disseminate high-quality educational practices across the university, incentivize successful work, and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
