Accreditation Sub-Working Group Meeting Held

A meeting was held by the Accreditation Sub-Working Group, which operates within the scope of our university's quality assurance and accreditation efforts. The meeting was attended by Vice Rector and Quality Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ebru Kaya Mutlu, Head of the Accreditation Sub-Working Group Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Arı, working group members, a student representative, and academic and administrative staff from the Quality Coordination Office.

During the meeting, updates were provided regarding the current status of the application processes for the departments and programs seeking accreditation. Discussions focused on identifying faculty members to serve as evaluators in the university's accreditation processes and planning ways to express appreciation to these faculty members. Additionally, the group discussed ongoing efforts and the procedures to be followed to ensure the effective and coordinated execution of the university's accreditation processes.

The meeting also addressed the importance of conducting accreditation activities in line with an institution-wide culture of sustainable quality and ensuring the active participation of relevant stakeholders in these processes. Views were exchanged on maintaining accreditation-related activities through a planned, systematic, and continuous improvement approach.

The meeting concluded following the completion of discussions on the agenda items.
