An information meeting was held regarding the Social Transcript Application.

An information meeting was held between Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University and İzmir Katip Çelebi University regarding the implementation of the Social Transcript application. The meeting was organized to share information on the application's operation, data entry processes, and system usage.

The meeting, held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM, was attended by personnel from İzmir Katip Çelebi University. Representing our university were our Vice Rector and Quality Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Ebru KAYA MUTLU, faculty and administrative staff from the Quality Coordination Office, the heads of the relevant sub-working groups, and a faculty member from the Information Technology Department. The meeting covered the scope of the Social Transcript application, data entry processes, system usage principles, and methods to be followed during the implementation process, and participants were informed accordingly.

The meeting concluded after receiving feedback and suggestions from the participants, and evaluations were made regarding the effective and sustainable implementation of the Social Transcript application at our university.
