As part of the 2026 "Training for Educators" calendar—coordinated by our university’s Quality Coordination Office—a training session titled "A Guide to Interactive Classroom Environments for the 'Generation Z' Era: For Next-Generation Academics" will be held. This initiative aims to support the professional development of academic staff and promote the adoption of innovative approaches within teaching and learning processes.

The session will be conducted by Assistant Professor Aslı KOÇAK and will take place in person on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 14:30 in Amphitheater 2 (Amfi-2) of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The training will cover topics such as the learning approaches of Generation Z, the creation of interactive classroom environments, gamification techniques in teaching, and the integration of gamification elements into educational processes. Additionally, the session will focus on the use of interactive teaching tools and the role of effective body language in classroom communication.

All academic staff members are invited to attend this session, which is designed to enhance pedagogical competencies, support student-centered teaching approaches, and foster greater interaction within the teaching and learning experience.
