Within the scope of the 2026 Training of Trainers Calendar carried out by our University Quality Coordinatorship, the training titled "Use of Global and Lateral Thinking Techniques in Teaching" will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 10.00 by Assoc. Prof. Dr. It was held with the presentation of Cennet Göloğlu.
In the training, the use of global and lateral thinking techniques in teaching processes was discussed. The focus was on the contribution of these thinking approaches to students' development of different perspectives, holistic evaluation of issues, and generation of alternative solutions to problems. Additionally, information and experiences on how these techniques can be evaluated in the planning and execution of courses were shared.
Within the scope of the training, the importance of using different thinking methods in teaching processes was emphasized, and evaluations were made regarding the participants' adaptation of these approaches to their own lessons and educational practices. The program was completed with information sharing on the development of innovative and student-centered approaches in education and training activities.
